The Cuisine

The Restaurant Rodrigo Cuisine is the typical Bolognese cuisine.
The dishes are still prepared as it was a hundred years ago . The pastas are homemade: tagliatelle , tortelloni , garganelli , passatelli.

The prince of bolognese pasta , of course , the ubiquitous Tortellino, declined in various seasonings although the best tortellini preparation is with the broth.
The pasta sauces vary according to the seasons . In autumn mushrooms and truffles, as well as chicory, artichokes, asparagus and all the season vegetables.

The second list covers all types of meat from pork to beef, lamb, cooked on wood embers. Restaurant Rodrigo pays great importance to fish, obviously very fresh, which gets ample space in the menu.
